Candidates are presented to you via email. Your recruiter will contact you via telephone to review the candidates. It may be old fashioned, but we prefer the phone versus email.

Can’t I get the same results by spending loads of money on job board postings?

No. No matter how much money you spend on advertising, there will always be a population of candidates we represent and we reach that are unobtainable through conventional corporate recruiting methods.
