Our Guidelines
We adhere to the following policies and principles and we expect our candidates to comply as well:
- Mutual respect, honesty, and timely communication throughout our relationship.
- For job seekers, our services are complimentary.
- Your credentials remain confidential in our secure files until you agree to be presented to our clients.
- You are expected to provide a professional resume and we request that you complete our Profile Survey.
- We require three to five professional references, at least two of whom were/are your immediate managers in your most prior two positions.
- Understand that many of our clients expect to complete one or more of the following pre-employment activities: criminal record, drug screen, consumer credit, behavioral profile, aptitude profile, and driving record.
- We do our best to open as many doors as we can for you but we cannot guarantee that an opening will exist within our portfolio of clients.
- After we present you, the decision to interview is left to our clients.
- During the interview and negotiation processes, both the job seeker and recruiter mutually-agree to return each others’ calls with urgency.
- When presented to our clients, we expect you to be motivated and require that you read and acknowledge our Counter-offer Policy.
- We will discuss all of the pertinent factors surrounding your transition, and expect you to honor the information you provided to us so that there are no surprises as the placement process progresses.
- Your candidate and employer referrals are appreciated.
- Update your resume and personal information whenever necessary.
